2. What data we collect

Through the request form. When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, company, phone number, email address and message. We use them only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Technical data. The server hosting the website automatically records the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type in its logs. We use them for security and to run the website. The IP address is also used to limit the number of form submissions in a short period (protection against automated messages).

The website does not use traffic analytics, advertising or tracking tools and does not set its own cookies. See the Cookie policy.

3. Anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. The service loads only when you start filling in a form. Cloudflare then processes your IP address and technical browser data, solely for this check and in accordance with Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. The map on the contact page

The Google map on the contact page loads only if you press the button to show it. Only then does your browser connect to Google, which may process your IP address and set cookies in accordance with Google’s policy.

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be accessed by:

the web hosting company, the email provider and Cloudflare (for the anti-spam check), as processors bound by confidentiality;
authorities, only where required by law.

6. How long we keep data

Form requests: for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a contract is concluded, for the duration of the business relationship and the legal archiving periods.
Server logs: for the limited period set by the hosting provider, after which they are deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to office@facilitydistrib.ro.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).

8. Other websites
